Session Description

We’ll explore the current stereotypes that exist among the different demographics of employers’ population and highlight how a technology based approach can give employers the power to develop a human capital management strategy. We’ll speak on organizational wellbeing, diversity strategies and how to utilize data/demographics to help achieve greater organization success and value.

Aaron Eaton’s goal as a Benefits Consultant is to address the broader business issues of our clients and strive to improve performance. Keith Friede

Keith A. Friede leads the execution of Gallagher Better WorksSM, Gallagher’s global talent management consulting strategy. Ali Payne

Ali Payne leads the Wellbeing & Engagement Practice and directs a team that consults with clients who may not have a dedicated staff for their health initiatives, or want to bring added structure and analysis to their existing approach. In working with clients, Ali focuses on designing strategies to support improved employee morale, engagement, retention and productivity through successful population health policies, programs and implementation.
