Bob Clement started his career in the Employee Benefits industry in 1985 as a producer for CIGNA Healthcare. He later worked as a producer for Lockton Benefits Company, prior to joining the Gallagher Benefit Services Kansas City office in 2001.
Bob served as Area President for the Kansas City office from 2001-2014, his primary job duties involved acting as Branch Manager. As Area Senior Vice President, Bob is responsible for generating new business as well as managing the team of his existing account. Bob’s experience and abilities to advise his clients in areas of plan design, funding, report analysis, carrier negotiations and conflict resolution are appreciated by the clients that he consults with on a daily basis.
Keith A. Friede leads the execution of Gallagher Better WorksSM, Gallagher’s global talent management consulting strategy. In this role, partners and collaborates with Gallagher’s executive leadership team, marketing team and sales leaders, industry niche leaders, more than a dozen distinct consulting practices and their leaders, and Gallagher’s global network of producers and consultants, to promote continuously improving cross-practice collaboration, resulting in integrated talent management solutions for Gallagher clients that drive organizational objectives and maximize return on talent investment.
Caroline Melson, Gallagher’s Great Lakes and Heartland Regions’ HR & Benefits Technology Sales Leader, is responsible for facilitating a comprehensive approach to the client sales and communications strategy that centers on the full spectrum of organizational wellbeing. As a certified employee benefits consultant, Caroline takes pride in helping clients find best-fit technology solutions that align their human capital strategy with their overall business goals.
