Following a workplace incident, investigation interviews provide human resource professionals with information that is necessary to make fair decisions and take appropriate action. In this session, participants will collaborate in the deconstructio nof effective investigation interviews in order to apply best practices in their workplace. Strategies for conducting investigation interviews will be presented using case studies and group discussions, and participants will immediately apply these strategies by participating in example investigation scenarios
