The 2019 KS SHRM State Conference will host 500+ attendees, the majority of whom will include, senior Human Resources (HR) professionals, supervisors, managers, and directors currently practicing in the Human Resources field.


The Conference will include subjects and topics in the HRCI Body of Knowledge and SHRM Body of Competency & Knowledge. All presentations will meet the criteria for recertification credit from both SHRM and HRCI.


You know the conference is strategic for your career, convincing your boss can be just as strategic.  Getting approval to attend the conference is a two-part endeavor.  First, you need to demonstrate the benefits of the conference to your organization.  Next you’ll need to persuade your boss that it’s worth the investment of time and money.
